    Data Entry Clerk

     

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing digital files, ensuring accuracy and proper placement within specified systems. This position requires basic computer skills and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities:

    • Transfer files manually from one system to another, ensuring accuracy and correct placement.

    • Verify that files have been successfully moved and saved to the designated location.

    • Delete files from the old system once their transfer is confirmed.

    • Maintain consistent organization of digital documents to align with company standards.

    • Follow established procedures for managing and tracking file movement.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

    • Identify and report any issues encountered during the file transfer process.

    • Learn and adapt to new systems quickly with provided training.

    • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols while handling sensitive information.

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.

    • Proficiency in basic computer operations, including file management.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

    • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

    • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.

    • Excellent typing and scanning abilities.

    • Effective communication skills, including email correspondence.

    • Experience with Workday is a plus but not required.
