    Full Charge Bookkeeper

     

    Direct-Hire / Permanent position

    Robert Half has partnered with a reputable service company in their search of an accounting professional to join their organization. Main responsibilities will include AP, AR, reconciliations, sales and use tax, payroll, preparing financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, and month-end close. Ideal candidates will have years of accounting experience and proficiency with QuickBooks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle all bookkeeping tasks through QuickBooks

    • ACH deposits and balancing checks and bank statements

    • Completing month-end duties

    • Overseeing sales and use operations

    • Reviewing bank statements regularly

    • Handling the payroll account

     

    Our client offers a very strong benefits package including health insurance, 401k match, and paid time off. Salary will depending on experience but will be competitive for the market.

    Requirements

    Full Charge Bookkeeper

    • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks software
