    How you will make an impact

     

    - Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals

     

    - Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures

     

    - Order office and kitchen supplies

     

    - Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

     

    - Be a welcoming presence for visitors

     

    - Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills

     

    - Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support

    Requirements

    - Strong organization skills

     

    - Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills

     

    - Demonstrated knowledge of conference room setup & cleanup

     

    - Practical knowledge of filing

     

    - Knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

     

    - Mail processing experience highly desired

     

    - Deep understanding of Inbound Outbound Calls

     

    - Adeptness in Email Correspondence

     

    - Deliveries experience highly preferred

     

    - Excellent attention to detail

     

    - Positive attitude, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

     

    - 1+ years of related experience
