    Description

    We’re seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a client in the San Jose area. This position offers the chance to contribute to a meaningful cause while utilizing your expertise in accounting and affordable housing.

    Key Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of accounting experience

    + 2+ years of Affordable Housing experience

    + Non-Profit and/or Real Estate background preferred

    + Yardi experience highly desired

    + Construction accounting experience is a plus

    Requirements • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

     

    • Minimum of three years of experience in construction accounting or a related role.

    • Proficiency in Yardi software and job cost accounting.

    • Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

    • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
