+ Detail-Oriented Professional: From background checks to onboarding documents, you know the importance of precision.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Source, screen, and onboard candidates for hourly roles across five manufacturing locations.
+ Manage I-9 completion, E-Verify, offer letters, and background checks.
+ Build relationships with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
+ Partner with our orientation leader and team members to create a welcoming start to every new employee’s journey.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, particularly in manufacturing or distribution roles.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced job platform search techniques.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Paycore.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage background checks and onboarding documents.
• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations as needed.
• Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are highly preferred.
