• Full Charge Bookkeeper

    Robert Half Accountemps (Loveland, CO)


    Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Loveland, Colorado. In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This position requires a strong background in accounting principles and proficiency with financial software tools.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all accounts payable and accounts receivable activities to maintain accurate financial records.

    • Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheets on a regular basis.

    • Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.

    • Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to manage financial transactions and reporting.

    • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements by following established accounting procedures.

    • Monitor and maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and provide financial insights.

    • Prepare reports and documentation for audits as needed.

    • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis.

    • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software systems.

    • Strong understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.

    • Proven ability to perform cash flow analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Strong communication abilities to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
