A company in the Honolulu, Hawaii area is seeking a Receptionist for a short-term contract position.

    Major responsibilities

    - Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

     

    - Order office and kitchen supplies

     

    - Create a welcoming environment for visitors

     

    - Oversee and answer all incoming phone calls

     

    - Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

     

    - Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures

     

    - Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

     

    - Perform other clerical and receptionist related tasks as needed

    Requirements

    - 1 year+ recent receptionist experience in an office environment

     

    - Good understanding of customer service

     

    - Earlier work involving projects

     

    - General familiarity with Ordering Office Supplies

     

    - Data entry experience highly preferred

     

    - Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired

     

    - Previous experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

     

    - Adeptness in accepting deliveries

     

    - Mail processing experience

     

    - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

     

    - Great attention to detail

     

    - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

     

    - Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented and tech-savvy
