    Description

    We are seeking a Senior Enrollment/Quality Audit Representative to oversee the quality assurance process within an Enrollment Employer Installation division. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring all enrollment and benefits processes are compliant and error-free.

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct audits on customer-submitted enrollment forms to ensure accuracy and compliance

    + Review and validate new or modified benefit plan setups for correctness

    + Analyze data trends and prepare reports that drive process improvements

    + Develop and maintain performance tracking and quality monitoring reports

    + Provide clear, constructive feedback to internal teams to support ongoing training and performance enhancements

    + Accurately document all audit results and actions taken, in line with internal guidelines and standards

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of experience in enrollment, auditing, or quality assurance (preferably in healthcare or insurance industries)

    + Experience working with Rx (prescription drug) claims

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

    + Excellent communication and analytical skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
