Description

We are working with a reputable civil litigation and trial firm that is leading the charge on high-stakes cases across a variety of practice areas. They are seeking skilled remote paralegals to assist in two critical data compilation projects. If you're a detail-oriented certified paralegal with a passion for complex litigation, this opportunity is a great step in your career.

Our client is set to tackle two large-scale claim file review projects. To meet these deadlines, they are seeking contract paralegals to contribute to the review and data compilation of extensive claim files.

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the litigation process by:

+ Entering and organizing data: Reviewing claim files and adding specific data points from the firm's database program, Everlaw, into Excel.

+ Following protocols: Leveraging your training and a comprehensive set of guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.

This role is 100% remote, offers flexible hours, and includes all the tools you need to succeed (e.g., a laptop provided). With rigorous training and support, you’ll be set up for success every step of the way.

Requirements

To ensure success in this key position, we’re seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

+ Paralegal Certification

+ Complex litigation experience. This could include work on large-scale cases, claim reviews, or other civil litigation matters (preferred: knowledge of auto accident or other insurance claim files).

+ Tech-Savvy and comfortable with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, as well as Excel for data. Prior familiarity with Everlaw is a bonus, but strong data-entry and ediscovery experience is key.

+ Attention to detail. The projects require precision in reviewing claim files and entering accurate data.

+ Billing 6-8 hours daily, although hours of the day that you work can be flexible.

Remote candidates must reside in California, Washington, or Texas!
