Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced MLADC Outpatient Therapist to join our growing Telehealth team in New Hampshire!

The Telehealth MLADC Outpatient Therapist will assess needs and strengths, develop treatment plans and provide crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services utilizing a variety of treatment styles such as individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy.

Telehealth MLADC Outpatient Therapist Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in mental health, social work, psychology, counseling or any closely related human services field required
+ MLADC in the state of NH is required for this position
+ Able to maintain NH state professional license; completes required Continuing Education Units (CEs) for renewal.
+ Ability to work remotely is required
+ Experience in outpatient treatment and/or inpatient treatment for SUD / substance abuse
+ Strong listening/comprehension skills to assess causes of client’s addictive behaviors
+ Experience in treating co-occurring disorders
+ Ensure billing practices are in full compliance with contract requirements
+ Complies with agreed billable hour requirements per week, per pay period.
+ Conduct regular supervision to direct reports.
+ Conduct intakes, assessments, individual, group and family therapy, including case management, in accordance with accepted professional standards.
+ Documents treatment plans, interventions and clinical strategies using the guidance of assigned clinical supervisors.
+ Complete all required clinical documentation in agency’s electronic medical record system, including but not limited to diagnostic assessment, action plans, quarterly updates, progress notes, required assessment tools, etc.
+ Must demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of clinical theory and practice.
+ Must possess strong organizational and clinical communication skills.
+ Strong Computer Literacy
+ Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program.
