    Your Role:As our F&I Manager, you’ll:

    + Deliver outstanding customer service while presenting finance and protection products

    + Work directly with lenders to secure approvals

    + Ensure all deals are compliant and accurately documented

    + Collaborate with the sales team to create a seamless and rewarding buying experience

    What You Bring to the Table:

    + 2–3 years of proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager

    + Experience with CDK and Darwin (preferred)

    + Strong process discipline and unwavering integrity

    + Results-focused mindset with a track record of strong CSI

    + Exceptional multitasking skills in a high-energy environment

    + Tech savvy and comfortable navigating dealership systems
