    We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

     

    Retention bonus at 6 months - $1500 initial license, or $3000 if independently licensed!

    The Outpatient Therapist is a mental health professional who serves as the primary therapist and contact for clients. The Outpatient Therapist develops treatment methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all treatment for clients on their caseload.

     

    Stipend available for Bilingual candidates English / Spanish!

    Qualifications :

    + MA degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human services field.

    + Bilingual; Spanish speaking

    + LCSW (preferred), LMHCA, LICSW, LMHC license in State of Rhode Island

    + Clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Demonstrated critical thinking skills

    + Experience in quality management preferred

    + Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office

    Compensation:

    + Full Time: Salary starting at $64,000!
