    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Analyst with relevant experience to join a team that is boldly designing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from the ground up. TMTT is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease to transform treatment and significantly improve patients’ lives.

     

    As part of the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies Sales Operations team, this newly created role will support the national field sales team and the broader TMTT organization to manage and enhance the US case scheduling process. You will work cross-functionally to ensure optimized resource utilization to meet patient demand. Working cross-functionally, you will play a critical role in the US case scheduling process to ensure optimized utilization of resources to meet patient demand.

     

    This position will be based out of Edwards Lifesciences Global Corporate Campus in Irvine, CA

    How you'll make an impact:

    • Working collaboratively with the US Field Sales Team, hospitals and other key stakeholders to coordinate and allocate resources to support patient care.

    • Support building and informing regular KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for case scheduling including dashboards, reports, and other analyses to provide deep insights across the commercial organization.

    • Own relevant case scheduling systems and metrics generation and maintenance by partnering with relevant stakeholders.

    • Support interpreting analyses, drawing conclusions, and preparing and facilitate presentations on findings on trends (e.g. sales growth, market trends) to sales management and internal stakeholder team.

    • Support providing high quality, timely responses to the sales organization to meet informational and reporting needs. Communicate complex logic and analysis in a manner that is easily understandable.

    • Provide rapid response and direct action to case scheduling inquiries and requests from the field sales team.

    • Partner with field training teams to support training proctoring considerations and certification pipeline.

    What you'll need (Required):

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, 5 years previous analytical experience including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing

    What else we look for (Preferred):

    • Highly preferred to have experience in data systems to understand data flows. Hands-on or technical experience with data management or data processing in large enterprise wise systems (such as Salesforce or other CRMs)

    • Moderate hands-on use of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) to support development of dashboards.

    • Professional record of project management using lean principles, or resource allocation.

    • Experience in relevant sales operations or project management in a medical device or healthcare industry space

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills

    • Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis and provide relevant solutions

    • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

    • Proficiency in Excel or relative analytics tools.

    • Thrives in a cross functional, team environment.

    • Ability to manage project work flows independently, hold high accountability in shifting priorities.

    • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

     

    Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

     

    For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced).

     

    The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience). Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
