    As the Senior Director, Health Economics & Reimbursement, you'll drive innovation in THV therapies.     How you’ll make an impact:

    Strategic Leadership:

    + Lead the development and execution of global HEOR strategies to support market access and reimbursement for Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) therapies.

    + Oversee the creation of economic models, value dossiers, and other materials to demonstrate product value.

    + Guide the development of health technology assessment (HTA) submissions and ensure effective communication with HTA bodies and other key stakeholders.

    + Lead the communication and interpretation of key clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence relevant to the THV business.

    + Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

    Research and Evidence Generation:

    + Direct health services research to quantify the clinical and economic impact of THV therapies.

    + Collaborate with Public Affairs, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs to develop compelling HEOR value propositions.

    + Support local economic model adaptations with key clinical study results and statistical analyses.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    + Provide education and support to internal partners, such as commercial and field teams in the US and global offices to increase awareness and understanding of health economics and reimbursement.

    + Foster strong internal and external relationships to achieve market access goals and objectives.

    What you’ll need (Required):

    + Ph.D. in health economics, health policy or related field + a minimum of 10 years of experience -OR- Master’s Degree (e.g., MPH, MBA with relevant focus) + a minimum of 12 years of experience

    + Extensive experience in HEOR, market access or reimbursement.

    What else we look for (Preferred):

    + Proven track record of developing and implementing global HEOR strategies and successful HTA submissions.

    + Formal training in health economics.

    + Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with experience working with various internal business partners.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and present complex information effectively.

    + Exceptional project management skills and the ability to advance projects with limited supervision.

    + Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

     

    Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

     

    For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $204,000 to $289,000 (highly experienced).
