    Winterwood, Inc. is hiring for the role of Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent is responsible for the leasing and marketing of the property, and ensures target occupancy is maintained at all times. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient with computers.

    Position Details:

    + Location: The Prestonian Apartments - 5 45 South 3rd St., Louisville, KY 40202

    + + Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

    + Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, possible Saturdays

    + Compensation: $1 6 .00 per hour

    + Sign-On Bonus: $500 (Payable on first paycheck. Rehires are eligible if their separation period has been 1 year or more).

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Previous customer service or administrative experience required.

    + Experience in affordable housing or apartment leasing is preferred.

    + Proficient computer skills.

    + Strong marketing and social media skills, with the ability to effectively promote the apartment complex and engage prospective residents across various platforms.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    + Strong communication skills with staff, residents, vendors, and others.

    + Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

    + Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

    Essential Functions :

    + Assume responsibility for the leasing process and effectively market the property.

    + Show available units to prospective residents.

    + Assist in projecting upcoming move-outs to quickly fill units and maintain target occupancy.

    + Screen applicants to determine eligibility.

    + Complete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with leasing guidelines.

    + Maintain accurate tenant files.

    + Perform other tasks as assigned.
