    We're Hiring: Operations Analyst

    **Location:** **Hybrid** (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

    **Schedule:** 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. MST (will align to EST after onboarding)

    **Start Date:** ASAP

     

    Are you passionate about project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration?

     

    We’re looking for a highly motivated **Operations Analyst** to provide end-to-end support for key initiatives, with a strong focus on UAT and production testing.

     

    + Support projects from start to finish: requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and communication.

    + Develop detailed test plans and scripts, and stage data for pipeline and production testing.

    + Participate in production testing during release weekends (availability required).

    + Provide post-production support, resolving issues in collaboration with tech and business teams.

    + Assist senior Product Owners on large-scale projects as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + SAFe Certified PO/PM or familiarity with Agile methodology.

    + Knowledge of COBE or client onboarding/maintenance platforms.

    + Previous experience in project or team leadership.

    **Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
