Adecco is Hiring for a full time **Packing and Shipping Specialist** , Located in Corpse Christi, TX! Hours are from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. Job duration is anywhere from 6-10 weeks long. Starting pay is $18.00 p/hr.

Job Summary

The Packaging and Shipping Specialist will be responsible for repackaging laptops and components to prepare them for shipment to our end users. This role will involve using our UPS system to create shipping labels and updating the shipping details in our Service Desk system to ensure accurate tracking of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

+ Repackage laptops and components securely to prevent damage during transit.

+ Create and print shipping labels using our UPS system.

+ Update shipping details and tracking information in our Service Desk system.

+ Ensure all packages shipped out in a timely manner.

+ Monitor and manage inventory of packaging materials.

+ Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.

Qualifications and Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous experience in shipping, packaging, or logistics preferred.

+ Familiarity with UPS shipping systems and software.

+ Proficiency in using Service Desk systems for updating shipment details.

+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Good communication skills.

+ Ability to lift and move packages up to twenty pounds.

Work Environment

+ This position will primarily be based in an office environment.

+ The role may involve standing for extended periods and managing heavy packages.

+ Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines required.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
