**Position:** Remote Facilities Coordinator
**Location:** Fully Remote (U.S.-based)
**Shifts:** Full-Time, Monday–Friday
**Pay Range:** $30 - $32/hr. (based on experience)
**Type:** Temporary (with potential for extension)

Overview:
Adecco is hiring a Remote Facilities Coordinator to support a Fortune 500 client. This role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to maintenance and repair requests across assigned facilities
+ Coordinate and assign work to vendors/contractors
+ Negotiate bids and contracts for competitive pricing
+ Track maintenance actions and budgets using Site Seer
+ Review invoices and maintain cost records
+ Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems
+ Maintain vendor insurance and compliance documentation
+ Support vendor selection for new and closing locations
+ Update manuals and databases with facility and vendor information
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1–2 years in Facilities or Construction Management
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Site Seer
+ Familiarity with NOVAR energy systems and ServiceChannel CMMS preferred
+ Strong negotiation and budgeting skills

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
