A food importer in Irvine is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator. You’ll manage outbound orders, coordinate 3PL deliveries, and track inventory coming in from overseas. The role connects daily with sales, customers, freight carriers, and warehouse teams.

What you'll do:
+ Process ~30–50 outbound purchase orders/week in ERP
+ Coordinate pickups/deliveries with 3PL partners for 100+ domestic destinations/month
+ Maintain daily communication with sales reps on inventory availability per SKU
+ Prepare shipping docs (BOLs, invoices, schedules) and follow each delivery through to completion
+ Act as point of contact between customers, sales, and freight partners—resolve shipping issues, claims, and delays
+ Support quarterly and year-end physical inventory counts across 2+ warehouses
+ Assist SCM team by analyzing forecasted demand vs. current inventory levels
+ Flag and fix ERP errors related to order processing, item availability, or EDI mismatches
What We’re Looking For:
+ 2 years of experience in order ops, logistics coordination, or supply chain support
+ Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar — or equivalent hands-on experience
+ Comfort with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook), Windows OS
+ Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) and EDI data formats (bonus but not required)
+ You’ve worked in a high-volume order processing environment and know how to prioritize under pressure
+ You can track five deliveries, field two emails, and fix a line item error—all before lunch
**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
