Please note:** This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S., **except** in the following states: **District of Columbia (DC), New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Nevada (NV), and Washington (WA).
Responsibilities for an Operations Clerk include but are not limited to:
+ Maintain and update onboarding trackers with background check results
+ Create and manage driver profiles for new hires
+ Offboard terminated employees and maintain accurate records
+ Investigate and review delivery issues to identify root causes
+ Assist with driver dispatching through the client’s internal portal
Candidates for Operations Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
+ 2–4 years of administrative or operations support experience

**Pay Details:** $17.40 per hour
