+ **Shift:** Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm (with flexibility depending on business needs)
+ **Pay Rate:** $28 - $36.50/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Validation Coordinator to support the **development and execution of validation activities** across our vehicle programs. This role is essential to **ensuring efficient and effective testing operations** by managing the tracking of parts, assets, and consumables. You will c **ollaborate closely with cross-functional teams** including Vehicle Hardware Engineering (VHE), Technical Program Management (TPM), New Product Introduction (NPI), suppliers, and external test labs.
Key Responsibilities
+ Act as a liaison between VHE, TPM, and NPI teams for tracking testing parts and assets.
+ Monitor and report inventory status of spare parts and consumables.
+ Coordinate logistics for fixtures and parts between internal teams and external test labs.
+ Manage design review meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
+ Onboard suppliers into internal systems such as JIRA and shared Google Drives.
+ Track and report invoice updates related to validation activities.
+ Maintain and improve the Body Work Space, including tools and equipment tracking processes.
+ Schedule, calibrate, and manage repairs for data acquisition equipment.
Requirements
+ 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within an engineering or testing environment.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ High attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
+ Professionalism and a strong sense of urgency in all tasks.
+ Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides).
+ Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
+ Familiarity with Zoom and other conferencing tools.
+ Adaptability and a positive approach to change and process improvement.

**Pay Details:** $28.00 to $36.50 per hour
