    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a **Patient Care Coordinator** in **Hoboken, NJ** ! This role is onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

     

    **Type:** Seven - month contract

    **Schedule:** Rotating 8 hour shifts, clinic is open 8AM – 8PM on weekdays and 8AM – 2PM on Saturdays

    **Pay:** $20 - $23 Per hour based on experience

    **Specialty:** Internal Medicine

    Responsibilities of the Patient Care Coordinator:

    • Check in/out patients

    • Help address patient requests that come via patient portal such as clinical questions, medication refill request and schedule appointments

    • Answer phones.

    • Submit insurance authorization for procedures and medication and generate referrals using various insurance portals.

    • Also address incoming faxes, fax outgoing patient material and scan pertinent reports into patient charts.

    • Communicate patient messages to providers.

    Qualifications for the Patient Care Coordinator:

    • High school education or equivalent experience

    • Customer service experience

    • Medical office experience

    • EPIC experience preferred but not required
