Customer Service Representative
Adecco is now hiring for a Cosmetic manufacturing company, and this is your chance to work with them in the Ventura County area! This is a temporary to hire assignment.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
+ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
+ Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
+ Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
+ Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
+ Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.

Requirements:
+ High School Diploma required.
+ Requires 3- 5 year of administrative assistant/customer service-related experience.
+ Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Knowledge of SAP and Shopify is a plus.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Outbound calling experience is a plus.
Shifts Available:
Shifts are available from **Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.**

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
