    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Solutions Support Team. This hybrid position offering the flexibility to work remotely two days a week while being part of a dynamic and collaborative data team. You'll play a critical role in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions and operational efficiency.

     

    This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys working with data at scale, and is excited about leveraging modern data tolls to deliver impactful business solutions.

    The Work Itself

    * Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI to support business monitoring and decision making.

    * Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from Snowflake and other data sources.

    * Use Python, Power Automate for data wrangling, automation and advanced analytics.

    * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

    * Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to maintain the accuracy and reliability of reports.

    * Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests using Excel, and other tools as needed.

    * Partner with other data and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance data infrastructure.

    The Skills You Bring

    * Bachelor's degree required

    * 1+ years of analytical experience required

    * 1+ years in Consumer Lending industry is preferred.

    * Proficiency with PowerBI and a strong understanding of data visualization principles.

    * Hands-on experience with SQL and working with large datasets in cloud-based environments such as Snowflake.

    * Familiarity with Python for scripting, automation, or analysis.

    * Experience building and maintain data transformation workflows using DBT preferred.

    * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    * Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

    * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

     

    **Emerging:** 55000

    **Experienced:** 75000

    **Expert:** 95000

     

    Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
