Major Job Activities
Key Responsibilities:
+ 25% - Oversee efforts to reconstitute the IqAF F-16 fleet and maximize aircraft availability in minimum time.
+ 20% - Collaborate with program sponsors, cross-functional teams, and branch managers to define scope, deliverables, and resources.
+ 15% - Develop and implement structured policies, procedures, and repeatable processes for program-wide stability.
+ 15% - Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and teamwork among CLS and IqAF personnel.
+ 10% - Ensure a secure operating environment and maintain communication of security status to team members.
+ 10% - Focus daily operations on fulfilling customer requirements and program objectives.
+ 5% - Lead budget management to balance productivity and profitability.
Material & Equipment Directly Used
Standard office and operational management tools; Microsoft Office; program oversight platforms.
Working Environment
Deployed leadership role involving office, maintenance, and coordination settings. Engagement with international military and civilian personnel.
Physical Activities
Frequent movement across operational areas; travel readiness; capability to operate in austere environments.
Qualifications
Education: Formal leadership or management education preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.
Certifications: None required, but program or project management certifications are beneficial.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in this specialty field.
Other Requirements: U.S. Citizenship; valid U.S. Passport; eligible for Secret clearance; capable of worldwide deployment including Middle East countries.
Skills and Technology Used: Microsoft Office; program planning and strategy tools; team leadership; cross-functional coordination.
