Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist available in person or by telecommunication carries out planned patient care programs outlined by a licensed Physical Therapist and is involved with the inter/intra departmental communications.

Qualifications

Minimum:

+ CA Physical Therapy Assistant License.

+ Associate of Arts degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.

+ When education by A.A degree and licensure requirements are met no previous experience is necessary.

+ Must possess a California Physical Therapy Assistant license certification required.

+ Current CPR certification required.

+ Current BLS.

+ A working knowledge of physical therapy techniques.

+ Ability to be flexible in making changes in work routine.

+ Ability to complete equitable caseload under pressure.

Pay Range

$30.37 - $34.34 /hour
