Job Title: FP&A Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst with over 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, Apptio software, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and Treasury and Debt Management (TDM). This role is fully remote, and candidates must be located in PST or MST time zones.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
+ Utilize Apptio software for financial planning and cost management.
+ Lead and support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
+ Manage Treasury and Debt Management (TDM) functions, including cash flow forecasting and debt compliance.
+ Prepare and present financial reports to management.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and efficiency.
+ Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and trends.
+ Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
+ Proficiency in Apptio software.
+ Extensive experience in M&A activities.
+ Strong knowledge of Treasury and Debt Management (TDM).
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and remotely.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
