    This role is responsible for driving excellence in the I2M (Idea to Market) process and governance. This position plays a key role in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities, strengthening project and portfolio governance, and enhancing operational efficiency across the PCM function.

     

    This role will serve as the primary liaison with global teams to represent regional needs in discussions related to process and systems enhancements and I2M evolution. The role leads the I2M Control Tower, ensuring the right data, KPIs, and reporting are available to drive decision-making and performance management.

     

    How you will contribute

    As a people leader and I2M expert, you will:

    I2M Governance, Process Excellence & Speed to Market

    + Lead the evolution of the I2M governance framework with a strong focus on reducing complexity and increasing agility to improve speed to market.

    + Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and decision-making enablers that accelerate cycle times without compromising compliance or quality.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercialization) to proactively identify bottlenecks, misalignments, and inefficiencies across the project lifecycle.

    + Ensure critical path visibility and timely escalation mechanisms are embedded in governance routines to maintain momentum and delivery discipline.

    + Monitor and report on lead times and speed-to-market metrics, driving accountability and visibility at all levels of the organization.

    + Lead the coordination and tracking of the TSU (trials and start-up) budget across the I2M portfolio. Partner with Finance, R&D, Manufacturing and BD&C to ensure trials and start-up costs

    Performance Management & I2M Framework adoption

    + Develop, track, and evolve key KPIs that measure I2M and project management performance.

    + Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to support decision-making at all levels.

    + Own and drive adoption of the I2M process and systems across all relevant functions.

    + Act as the US guardian of I2M ways of working, ensuring alignment, accountability, and role clarity across the cross-functional teams.

    + Develop and deploy training, procedures and playbooks, and onboarding tools to strengthen capability and ensure consistent understanding and application if I2M.

    + Monitor usage, data quality, and compliance with I2M methodology and systems, and lead corrective actions or engagement plans as needed.

    + Influence a culture of process discipline, continuous learning, and innovation through best practice sharing and reinforcement of Mondelez standards.

    Global Liaison & Accolade leadership

    + Act as US ambassador with I2M global team, contributing to global discussions on Accolade upgrades and I2M process design.

    + Represent regional needs and propose enhancements to tools and systems.

    + Leading process improvements and governance initiatives that drive speed, visibility, and discipline across complex organizations.

    + Deep understanding of innovation or commercialization processes, with a proven ability to identify bottlenecks and accelerate speed to market.

    + Building strong relationships and influencing across functions and levels, including senior stakeholders and global teams.

    + Driving system and process adoption across multiple functions through training, consistent stakeholders’ engagement and change management.

    + Managing performance through data – including defining KPIs, building dashboards, and generating actionable insights.

    + Coaching and leading teams, with a focus on building capabilities, driving accountability, and fostering continuous improvement.

    + Operating effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment, with strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

    + Comfortable in influencing without authority.

    What extra ingredients you will need:

    + Bachelor`s degree required (preferred fields: Engineering, Business, Food Science).

    + 8+ years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, commercialization, operations or related roles.

    + Experience in project portfolio governance or I2M framework implementation.

    + People management experience preferred.

    + CPG experience is a plus.

    + PMP certification is a plus.

    + Accolade experience is a plus.
