Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts' South Wing program is an on campus residential setting located on our main campus in Rutland, MA serving adolescent boys 14-22.With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at South Wing is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement.

You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will supervise staff, run shifts, assist the Program Manager with development of programming for the unit and attending Treatment Reviews as part of the milieu team. Qualifications
Job Requirements:
+ Must be 21 years of age or older
+ Drivers license required.
+ Minimum Bachelors **OR** 12 years in a supervisory or direct care role can replace the Bachelors Degree
+ Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders **required**
+ Residential supervisory experience _preferred_
+ Must complete 2 two weeks of **orientation, Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm**
+ Schedule after Orientation: **Sunday through Wednesday 1pm-11pm; Sunday shift can be flexible,** **7am-5pm as an alternative**
