    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + First assist in C-sections and surgical GYN cases

    + Occasional rounding on inpatients on an as-needed basis

    + Clinical examinations

    + Assess, diagnose and when necessary, refer patients

    + Follow-up care

    + Monitor therapies and provide continuity of care to patients

    + Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the practice

    Qualifications

    + 1-3 years of Women's Health PA experience

    + Experience as a surgical first assist, or willingness to learn

    + PA certification from accredited program

    + California licensure (or ability to obtain by start date)

    + Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient care.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Passion for providing care to a diverse patient population.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to work as a member of a team with a high degree of autonomy

They are a dynamic group of OB/GYN’s and App's dedicated to providing personalized care to a diverse patient population, including both Medicaid and commercially insured individuals.

    Pay Range

    $64.90 - $65.00 /hour
