    Job Title: Validation Process Engineer

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic company that specializes in providing specialty chemical blends across various industries, including ethanol, chemical, and industrial products. We are seeking a Validation Process Engineer to validate the manufacturing process for 190 proof ethanol and its subsequent drug product. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and customer specifications, particularly for our end customer. As a part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and make significant contributions to our expanding operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Validate the manufacturing process for 190 proof ethanol and its final drug product.

    + Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and customer specifications.

    + Perform tests on various equipment and instruments, making precise measurements against established standards.

    + Adjust equipment with precision to meet validation requirements.

    + Collaborate proactively with chemical compounders, operators, and lab personnel.

    + Communicate effectively during implementation, following the completion of writing and revisions.

    + Spend significant time on the production floor, with some work in an office cubicle space.

    Essential Skills

    + Extensive knowledge of FDA process validation and product manufacturing.

    + Proven experience with written validations in consumer goods or manufacturing.

    + Ability to articulate experience working with multiple products and validations.

    + Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including lab, compounding, and production.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Chemical knowledge is advantageous, especially for collaboration with lab personnel.

    + Experience working with hazardous chemicals is helpful.

    + Bachelor's degree is not required; relevant experience is highly valued.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in a chemical manufacturing environment, requiring time spent both on the production floor and in an office cubicle space.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $47.00/hr.
