    Job Title: Software Engineer

    Job Description

    The Software Engineer will translate system and software requirements into software designs that comply with architectural constraints and open architecture requirements. You will implement robust, high-quality C++ software suitable for mission-critical, real-time systems with high reliability and availability requirements. Additionally, you'll develop test frameworks to verify the correct implementation and performance of C++ software, utilizing and iteratively improving DevSecOps development practices. Participation in peer reviews of requirements, architecture, software implementations, and test plans is also required. You will be responsible for documenting software designs and interfaces, developing analysis tools, performing root cause analysis of software defects, and implementing corrections.

    Responsibilities

    + Translate system and software requirements into compliant software designs.

    + Implement robust, high-quality C++ software for mission-critical systems.

    + Develop test frameworks to verify software implementation and performance.

    + Utilize and improve DevSecOps development practices.

    + Participate in peer reviews of requirements, architecture, and test plans.

    + Document software designs and interfaces.

    + Develop analysis tools.

    + Perform root cause analysis of software defects and implement corrections.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in C++.

    + Experience with DevSecOps practices.

    + Understanding of system integration.

    + Knowledge of GitLab and CI/CD automation.

    + Experience with GPU and RDMA technologies.

    + Proficiency in MATLAB and radar systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance.

    + BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field with 5+ years of experience.

    + Expertise in modern C++ and software engineering techniques.

    + Experience in unit and system-level testing.

    + Comfortable adopting new programming languages and technologies.

    + Active Top Secret Security Clearance is a plus.

    + Familiarity with signal processing or mathematical modeling.

    + Experience with GPU software development and RDMA.

    + Familiarity with radar concepts and integrated systems.

    + Experience in developing and optimizing MATLAB algorithms.

    + Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

    + Understanding of automation frameworks and tools.

    The work environment offers a hybrid schedule in an office setting, providing flexibility and balance.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
