Role Responsibilities
+ Leads or collaborates within cross-functional project teams, taking ownership of the development, execution, and implementation of initiatives aligned with site and business strategic goals—primarily focused on instrumentation and electrical (I&E) scopes.
+ Drives reliability improvement initiatives and provides expert guidance on the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment and power distribution systems (up to 34.5 kV).
+ Delivers timely technical support in instrumentation and electrical systems through proactive monitoring of daily unit operations.
+ Identifies and implements opportunities to reduce costs, enhance reliability, and improve safety and environmental performance.
+ Offers technical expertise and consultation to engineering and field teams, including hands-on troubleshooting support when necessary.
+ Designs and executes I&E engineering solutions and PLC programming for small-scale projects.
+ Oversees engineering contractors and ensures quality deliverables on large-scale I&E control projects.
+ Ensures strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
+ Conducts specialized technical training sessions for field personnel as needed.
+ Maintains accurate and up-to-date I&E documentation, including drawings, datasheets, databases, and equipment records.
+ Continuously seeks improvements in instrumentation and control system design to enhance performance and maximize plant availability.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $135000.00/hr.
