    Description

    Performing sterile compounding according to regulatory standards such as USP 797 and USP 800.

     

    Maintaining competency in sterile compounding practices through continuous training.

     

    Participating in medication management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining supplies.

     

    Troubleshooting issues related to compounding equipment, hardware, and software.

     

    Completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

     

    Working as part of a team to promptly address all compounding needs.

     

    Engaging in ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience

     

    Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems

     

    Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification

     

    Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
