    Position

    Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled RNA Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mRNA synthesis and characterization, RNA synthesis using in vitro transcription, and LNP formulation and characterization. This role is critical to our research and development efforts and will contribute to the advancement of our groundbreaking projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + mRNA Synthesis and Characterization: Design, synthesize, and characterize mRNA molecules for various applications. Optimize synthesis protocols to ensure high yield and purity.

    + RNA Synthesis Using In Vitro Transcription: Perform RNA synthesis using in vitro transcription techniques. Develop and refine protocols to achieve efficient and reproducible results.

    + LNP Formulation and Characterization: Formulate lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for RNA delivery. Characterize LNPs to ensure optimal delivery and stability of RNA molecules.

    + Collaborative Research: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including molecular biology, biochemistry, and pharmacology, to drive project success.

    + Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and present findings to the team. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
