    •$18–$22.50/hr (Based on Experience)

    •Your Role:

     

    Join our compassionate care team as a medical assistant and play a key role in supporting clinical operations and patient care. You’ll be the bridge between patients and providers, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service.

     

    •What You’ll Do:

    + Return patient calls regarding test results, instructions, and concerns.

    + Handle prior authorizations for medications and procedures.

    + Respond to patient messages via EHR or portal.

    + Support MA swith rooming patients and taking vitals as needed.

    •What You Bring:

    + Active CCMA/CMA/RMA license (Required)

    + BLS certification

    + Skilled in taking vitals and using basic medical equipment

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Experience with EMRs and multitasking in a clinical setting

    •Work Environment:

    + Primary Care Clinic in Sevierville, TN

    + Float to nearby clinics (Cardiology, Pulmonary, Surgical, etc.) as needed.

    + Occasional travel to nearby specialty clinics (within 15–30 minutes)

    + Float schedule provided by Wednesday prior

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
