Job Title: Electrical EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the development, design, and validation of control panels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all instruments and electrical deliverables clearly depict the design intent. You will work with basic plans to design flow meters, motors, and valves and integrate them into electrical designs. Collaboration with the panel shop is essential to ensure accurate wiring and assembly. This role requires the ability to translate written and verbal communications into tangible electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

+ Design and develop control panels and electrical systems.

+ Check instruments and electrical deliverables for design accuracy.

+ Interpret specifications and contract drawings.

+ Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet project requirements.

+ Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

+ Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Essential Skills

+ AutoCAD Electrical expertise.

+ 5+ years of experience in control panel design.

+ 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD Electric.

+ Proficiency in electrical design and engineering.

+ Experience with instrumentation controls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred but not required.

+ Experience with SCADA and HMI systems.

+ Ability to read and interpret specifications and contract drawings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
