Job Title: Expert Programmer/DesignerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Programmer/Designer who can apply expert-level knowledge of programming and design principles in a specific technical area. This role involves producing high-quality programs or CAD models for Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D operations, leading development methods, and creating related procedures. The candidate will also support and lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

+ Apply expert-level knowledge of Programmer/Designer principles and practices.

+ Produce expert-level programs or CAD models for Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D operations.

+ Complete program prove-outs effectively.

+ Lead the development of program and design methods and create related procedures.

+ Apply problem-solving methods to support investigations.

+ Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Lead projects as assigned by the management.

+ Complete all 5S standards to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Essential Skills

+ 10+ years of CNC Programming experience with Siemens NX software.

+ Experience in manufacturing and CNC programming.

+ Proficiency with programming languages such as Macro B.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Machine exposure and experience with MasterCAM preferred.

+ Experience automating programs within the software and working with integrators to maximize software utilization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $91000.00/yr.
