Job Title: Facilities Technician
Job Description
As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, installation, and repairs for buildings and equipment. You will work in various construction and mechanical trades such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, heating, electrical, and more.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain machinery, equipment, facilities, or vehicles efficiently and timely under general supervision.
+ Repair and perform preventative maintenance to ensure the most efficient operation.
+ Identify and diagnose problems on equipment, continually monitor equipment, and initiate appropriate repair processes.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in facilities maintenance and repair.
+ Skill in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
+ Experience with welding and conveyor belts.
+ Mechanical expertise.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to work in a dirty and dusty manufacturing facility.
+ Experience in facility management.

This is a Contract position based out of Othello, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $32.00/hr.
