    Job Title: Production Associate - C Shift

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate on the C Shift, where you will play a crucial role in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. You will be involved in testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging, with the option to either sit or stand during your 10-hour shift. This position involves routine assignments under close supervision and requires adherence to established policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    + Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.

    + Complete routine tasks with adherence to company policies and procedures.

    + Work on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.

    + Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations.

    + Test, inspect, perform light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.

    + Lift no more than 10-15 lbs and meet assembly metrics.

    + Follow detailed instructions on all work.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic computer skills for navigating programs, basic Excel, and Outlook.

    + Assembly, soldering, mechanical, production, electronic assembly.

    + Ability to use hand tools and read blueprints.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and flexibility to assist in other departments.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.

    + One or more years of related experience preferred.

    + Adaptability to changes in work plan, priority, and management decisions.

    + Support for improvement initiatives and active participation to enhance work environment.

    + Ability to work cooperatively in a team and cross-functional teams.

    + Maintaining a level temperament in a stressful environment.

    + Proactive sharing of information, knowledge, and experience with coworkers.

    + Willingness to take on additional assignments.

    + Competency in required job knowledge and skills.

    + Up-to-date on all certifications and training requirements for the role.

    Work Environment

     

    Our manufacturing environment is equipped with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. The C Shift operates from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with potential additional shifts to meet production quotas. The first week involves orientation on day shift hours. Employees have the flexibility to sit or stand during their shift, but standing is required.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
