About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivatedService Managerto lead our service department and manage parts operations for upfitted refuse and service trucks. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage the service department with a focus on performance and quality.

+ Oversee parts management and service operations for refuse and service trucks.

+ Greet customers and provide accurate, detailed repair estimates.

+ Develop and maintain efficient service schedules.

+ Order and manage inventory parts to support service operations.

+ Motivate and guide the service team to meet and exceed goals.

What You Bring:

+ 2–5 years of experience as a service or parts manager.

+ Strong background in repair and parts management.

+ Hands-on experience in the refuse industry and equipment installation.

+ Proficiency in:

+ Brake troubleshooting

+ Diesel engine repair

+ Welding

+ Electrical systems

+ Effective leadership and team management skills.

+ Automotive industry experience.

+ Ownership of basic hand tools.
