    Job Title: Bilingual Safety Coordinator

    Job Description

    The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, abiding by OSHA standards and requirements, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and laws, including record keeping.

    Responsibilities

    + Implement and monitor safety procedures in compliance with OSHA standards.

    + Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and laws.

    + Conduct safety audits and inspections.

    + Manage safety training and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

    + Maintain comprehensive records of safety activities and incidents.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in safety management and procedures.

    + Strong knowledge of OSHA standards.

    + 5+ years of safety experience in construction or similar industry.

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish.

    + CPR and First Aid certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in construction safety.

    + EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) knowledge.

    + Lockout/Tagout procedures.

    Work Environment

     

    The role involves both field and office work, depending on the day. The candidate will operate as a one-person team. The work schedule is from 6am to 4:30pm.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, Nebraska.

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $89440.00/yr.
