• Facilities Maintenance Technician

    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will support four different buildings within a 20-minute radius, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational. This role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, performing both emergency and preventative repairs, and maintaining various systems including lighting and fire systems.

     

    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across four buildings.

    • Perform emergency repairs as needed to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

    • Conduct preventative maintenance to extend the life of equipment and systems.

    • Bypass lighting ballasts and perform other electrical repairs.

    • Maintain and repair lighting systems, fire systems, and other critical infrastructure.

    • Utilize FMX for work order management, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

    • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $52000.00/yr.
