Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the production and assembly of high-quality doors. In this role, you will operate machinery, work on assembly lines, and ensure that our products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Operate small and large machines in the production of doors.

+ Work on door assembly line building doors.

+ Inspect all products for quality.

+ Machine doors for hardware installation.

+ Prepare and handle materials.

+ Stage and package finished products for delivery.

+ Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.

+ Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety rules.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, packing, assembly, and packaging.

+ Ability to use hand tools.

+ Proficiency in machine operation and forklift usage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Past experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.).

+ Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

+ General knowledge of building materials.

+ Ability to perform simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sidman, Pennsylvania

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
