Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join a leading industry facility that supports both the bedding and automotive industries by creating essential components for mattresses and vehicles. As a Production Personnel on the night shift, you will play a key role in stacking and rolling products as they come off the line, preparing them for shipment.

Responsibilities

+ Operate machinery to ensure efficient production processes.

+ Inspect products to maintain quality standards.

+ Set up equipment and assemble components as needed.

+ Package finished products for shipment.

+ Interpret working instructions and follow production protocols.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of manufacturing experience.

+ Ability to stand on feet for the duration of the shift.

+ Proficiency in interpreting working instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in machine operation.

+ Familiarity with blueprint reading.

Work Environment

Work during night shifts from 7 **PM to 7 AM with a shift premium of 5% on your hourly wage** . The facility encourages a team-oriented atmosphere focused on high-quality production and operational efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of **Fort Wayne, Indiana.**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.75/hr.
