    Job Title: Site Lead

    Job Description

    The Site Lead will collaborate closely with the site manager to run reports, collect data, and create spreadsheets. This role involves fieldwork to gather information, which will be used to compile reports. Responsibilities may vary daily, and the Site Lead will report to the site manager, assisting with diverse tasks throughout the week.

    Responsibilities

    + Work hand-in-hand with the site manager to run reports and collect data.

    + Create spreadsheets using collected data.

    + Collect information from the field to assist in report creation.

    + Assist the site manager with various tasks throughout the week.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in computer data entry and report preparation.

    + Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Confidence in reading and writing reports.

    + Experience in yard work, construction, heavy equipment operation, landfill, and environmental fields.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working at a landfill is a major advantage.

    + A degree and/or certification is preferred but not required.

    + Comfort and familiarity with working in outdoor elements.

    Work Environment

     

    The work is primarily based at a landfill, which can be a dirty environment with odors. The role involves outdoor work, collecting data, and providing assistance where needed. Time will also be spent indoors in a trailer. The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with potential for longer days and weekends depending on demand. There is a low chance of working overtime, but openness to it is necessary.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
