    Job Title: 3rd Shift Encapsulation Operator

    Job Description

    The Encapsulation Operator is responsible for following Production Department procedures and executing specific duties based on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for the Production Department. This position requires the ability to perform manual tasks, such as dumping bags and drums of material into processing equipment, cleaning the work area, and moving materials using a hand-operated pallet jack.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform manual tasks, including dumping bags and drums of material into processing equipment.

    + Clean work area and sanitize equipment to maintain a sterile environment.

    + Move materials using a hand-operated pallet jack.

    + Follow written and oral instructions accurately.

    + Adhere to CGMP procedures.

    + Operate machinery safely and efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read and write Basic English.

    + Ability to follow SOPs and GMPs.

    + Encapsulation experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a climate-controlled area within a pharmaceutical, sterile manufacturing setting. Employees must maintain cleanliness and attention to detail and are required to be fully gowned, providing their own steel toe shoes. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 11 PM to 7:30 AM, with a paid half-hour lunch break.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miramar, Florida.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
