    **Location:** Liverpool, New York

    **Job Type:** Contract to Hire

    **Shift:** 1 st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:30PM – 2:00 AM

    **Pay:** 1 st - $16.50, 2 nd - $18.56

     

    About the Role

     

    We are looking for detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join our team as **Antenna/Connector Assemblers** . This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and are eager to learn hands-on skills in electronics assembly and quality control.

    As an Antenna/Connector Assembler, your typical day will include:

    + Performing **precision soldering** tasks, including pin and through-hole soldering for antenna components such as clips, dipoles, radiators, and circuit boards.

    + Assembling and soldering **resistors and components** , including cable-to-board and cable-to-clip connections.

    + Ensuring all products meet **strict quality standards** before moving to the next stage of production.

    + Maintaining **high productivity** while meeting or exceeding throughput and first-pass yield targets.

    + Following all **Q&EMS policies, procedures, and instructions** to ensure consistent quality and compliance.

    + Supporting **environmental sustainability** by following waste management procedures and preventing chemical spills.

    + Demonstrating **punctuality and excellent attendance** , which are essential for team success.

    + Remaining **flexible and adaptable** in a dynamic, high-volume production setting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + At least 6 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts.

    + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for fine soldering work.

    + Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.

    + Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.98 - $18.98/hr.
