    Pay:

    + Production Planner - $50,000-$60,000/yr

    + Maintenance Manager - $90,000-$125,000/yr

     

    Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

    Job Description:

    The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency. This role involves managing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and leading a team of maintenance technicians.

     

    + Develop and implement **preventive maintenance** programs to ensure equipment reliability.

    + Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

    + Troubleshoot and repair **mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems** in manufacturing equipment.

    + Manage inventory of spare parts and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.

    + Oversee facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

    + Ensure compliance with **OSHA and other safety regulations** .

    + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
