    Job Title: Warehouse Lead

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing warehouse operations. This role involves overseeing the receipt, shipment, kitting, and labeling of products, with a focus on maintaining high levels of energy and urgency.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and supervise a team of three warehouse members.

    + Manage inventory, order picking, material handling, inventory control, and stocking.

    + Oversee shipping and receiving processes.

    + Utilize SAP for efficient warehouse management.

    + Pull inventory based on drawings or pick lists.

    + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for order pulling and palletizing.

    + Walk the yard to ensure operational efficiency.

    + Solve problems and think critically to analyze warehouse processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven leadership skills and experience in warehouse management.

    + Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

    + Strong computer skills, including experience with Oracle.

    + Ability to handle inventory control and material handling tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with order picking and stocking.

    + Forklift and pallet jack operation skills.

    + Ability to interpret drawings or pick lists.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
